Our guarantee assumes that workmanship is still in working order and no changes to any system specific settings THarrell Consulting enabled have been changed or anything added to the system by any outside party or third party software added. Understand that many software problems such as viruses, spyware and adware can reoccur over the lifetime unit. Remember keeping your PC in working order has a lot to do with responsible usage, especially when using the internet.

Our guarantee pertains to services rendered at time of receiving the product, not to user negligence, viruses, spyware, and adware are a cost to the client and void the warranty.

While THarrell Consulting promises to advise customers to the best of our ability how to keep your PC and information safe. THarrell Consulting assumes the cost for any satisfaction guarantee service calls that may arise. In the event that service call was not within our satisfaction guarantee, additional on site charges will apply.

Personal Data Waiver

Your data is your business! THarrell Consulting will not view any files that are not necessary to the service being preformed. THarrell Consulting may have to view and work with your personal files like data backup services. The ability to recover or manipulate data is dependent on the condition of the hardware and parts at time of service. Data "lost in translation" will be deemed at time of service and cannot be guaranteed.
